Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current FWPS employee or guest employee with Nutrition Services.
• Criminal background check and valid Food Handler’s Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of food preparation in various kitchen departments.
• Maintain sanitary work area and assist with loadings to serving units.
• Provide back-up support for lunch counts and order fulfillment.
• Operate Point of Sale when needed and support in schools.
• Fill special meal orders and uphold safety protocols.
• Promote clean, efficient operations and positive customer relations.
• Adhere to health codes and NS attire guidelines.
• Collaborate with district staff to support meals service.
