Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs in Tucson, AZ. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Shifts run 4am to 8am seven days a week, with duties including cleaning floors, carpets, and related maintenance in designated areas.

Responsibilities include operating janitorial equipment, following safety guidelines, and reporting hazards to supervisors. Training and scheduling are provided as part of a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, bonnet cleaning
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions (English; Spanish where required)
• Basic manual dexterity and ability to lift light-to-moderate loads

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks including spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat and grout sealing
• Scrub and clean carpeted and non-carpeted areas; mop, sweep, vacuum floors
• Move furniture as needed and keep areas tidy and safe
• Follow safety guidelines and report repairs or hazards to supervisor
• Clock in/out using KBSPresence app and adhere to work policies
