Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) in El Paso, TX, is hiring full-time Floor Techs to maintain clean, safe spaces. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. You will perform floor care tasks and support the building's operation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, scrubbing floors, moving furniture, and following safety procedures. KBSPresence is used for attendance and scheduling.

Qualifications

• One year of floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching required.
• KBSPresence timekeeping app usage.

Responsabilités

• Perform floor care tasks: spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub and shine carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture safely and report safety hazards.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment; report repairs to supervisor.
