Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking immediate full-time Floor Techs to support our nationwide cleaning teams. The role offers hourly pay starting at $17.0 with morning shifts, focusing on floor care and safety to keep facilities clean and compliant.

Shifts run 4am–9am on Tue and Thu, with responsibilities including operating janitorial equipment, following safety guidelines, and reporting issues to Supervisors. Eligible for selected company programs and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Floor tech role requires prior floor care experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals (in English; Spanish where required).
• Regular bending, lifting, and reaching as part of daily duties.
• Use of janitorial tools and equipment; familiarity with safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects safely; follow safety guidelines to prevent injury.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized; follow manufacturer specifications for chemicals.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs, safety hazards, or service requirements.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
