Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety instructions and chemical sheets.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning tasks such as spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture safely and report repairs or hazards.
