Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring for Floor Tech roles in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with 4am-8am shifts, 7 days a week, and opportunities to contribute to workplace safety.

As part of our Floor Tech team, you will perform routine cleaning tasks, operate floor care equipment, and ensure spaces are clean and safe. Prior floor care experience is preferred; associates use KBSPresence for timekeeping and updates; benefits and company policies apply.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds; climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas with proper equipment.
• Clean floors and stairs by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects; follow safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Keep janitor closet neat and organized; report repairs and hazards.
• Follow safety and company policies; operate janitorial tools/equipment.
