Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking Floor Techs to join our team in a fast-paced environment, where safety and quality cleaning are essential. The role offers an early morning shift (4am-10am) with starting pay of $18.0 per hour.

Responsibilities include carpet and hard floor cleaning, equipment operation, and adherence to safety guidelines. We provide benefits and support through a structured work culture that values reliability and service.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects when necessary and follow safety guidelines to prevent injury.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized.
• Follow the manufacturer's specifications for preparing chemicals and using the equipment.
• Ensure building doors and windows are secure and locked.
• Report to Supervisor needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring additional service.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
