Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs in Wareham, MA. The role starts at $18.50 per hour with 4am to 9am shifts seven days a week.

You will perform carpet and floor care including stripping, waxing, cleaning, and maintaining safe, clean spaces. Ideal candidates have at least one year of floor care experience and are able to lift up to 49 pounds, read safety instructions, and work with various cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work on ladders safely.
• Engage in full manual dexterity and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines.
• Report repairs or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
