Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring full-time Floor Techs. Starting pay is $17.45 per hour, with shifts from 5am to 10am and weekend work required. You will perform floor care tasks such as spot removal, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, and more to keep spaces clean and safe.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 49 pounds, read safety rules, and follow procedures. Prior floor care experience is preferred, and KBSPresence timekeeping app usage is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Starting pay of $17.45 per hour.
• Shifts: 5am–10am; must be able to work weekends.
• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Move large furniture and objects safely; follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate janitorial tools and supplies; one year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds; read safety rules and procedures.
• KBSPresence timekeeping app usage; cell phone reimbursement per policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks such as spot removal, bonnet cleaning, and stripping/waxing.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move furniture safely and report safety hazards to supervision.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain neat and organized janitor closet.
