Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring Floor Techs in Colorado with a starting pay of $16 per hour. Shifts run from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The role involves cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, carpet care, and maintaining safe work areas, within designated spaces.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 49 pounds, read safety and chemical handling docs, and follow site procedures. Benefits, timekeeping via KBSPresence, and compliance with E-Verify are included.

Qualifications

• One year of prior floor care experience preferred.
• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each.
• Read and interpret safety rules and chemical handling documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Keep janitor closet neat and organized.
• Follow safety guidelines and report repairs or hazards.
