Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #152 is seeking an Assistant Baker to partner with the Baker in producing our high-quality cakes according to NbC recipes and safety standards. The role involves preparing ingredients, operating mixers and ovens, and maintaining sanitation and logs.

You’ll support the daily baking flow and ensure timely fulfillment for guests. This franchise location requires Monday–Friday availability from 6am to 4pm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and production methods with precision.
• Prepares raw ingredients and sets up equipment for baking.
• Monitors baking process and supports daily production flow.
• Ensures proper packaging, labeling and storage of baked cakes and maintains logs.
• Keeps workstation clean, sanitized, and restocks supplies for next shift.
• Complies with health and safety guidelines and NbC dress code.
• Maintains punctual attendance; available Monday–Friday 6am–4pm.
