You will provide emotional and behavioral support, train families, and collaborate with partners to remove barriers while ensuring compliant documentation and billing.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work and NM licensure (LMSW/LISW/LCSW), plus at least two years of family therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Current LMSW, LISW, or LCSW licensure in New Mexico.
• Minimum of 2 years providing family therapy services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Provide family therapy, emotional support, and mental health services.
• Conduct evaluations and participate in IFSP development.
• Design and implement behavioral intervention strategies.
• Link families to resources to address barriers (legal, medical, transportation).
• Supervise and mentor social work interns at BA & MA levels.
• Collaborate with community partners and agencies.
• Ensure accurate documentation and billing compliance.
• Promote early intervention through outreach and child-find activities.
• Engage in reflective supervision and professional development.
