SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks an Early Intervention Social Worker / Mental Health professional to join our team. The role delivers home-based and center/community services to families with children birth to 3 years, coordinating IFSPs and collaborating with pediatric and community providers.

The position requires an MSW or equivalent, LICSW/LCSW, and pediatric experience preferred. A supportive team and comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive salary in the USD range.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in social work and current licensure as LCSW/LICSW.
• Master's degree in counseling/psychology or LMHC/LMFT or licensure eligible.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 tools.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload and develop/monitor the IFSP.
