Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, supervisory experience with families and young children, and the ability to engage in outreach and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the listed areas is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to pass background and driver’s license record checks.
• Clearance through ECECD/Early Childhood Services prior to providing direct services.
• Completion of required curriculum training within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Home Visiting services per FSP and Tresco policies.
• Lead and mentor Home Visiting Specialists.
• Provide reflective supervision twice a month.
• Perform field supervision for staff (annual or biannual based on experience).
• Train and support Home Visitors to maintain required knowledge and competencies.
• Ensure staff follow program policies, licensing requirements, and ECECD rules.
• Assist in determining child eligibility and appropriate placement.
• Coordinate liaison with Early Childhood Services and community partners.
• Promote outreach and track staff participation.
