Job summary

HSMC is seeking qualified clinicians to support families with children aged birth to 3 years, providing education, coaching, and home-based services. You will work as part of a trans-disciplinary team across the catchment area, delivering screenings, assessments, child and parent groups, and home visits.

Applicants should hold an MSW with active LCSW/LICSW or relevant psychology license (LMHC/LMFT) and pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work required with current LCSW/LICSW licensure or equivalent.
• Mental health licensure (LMHC/LMFT) or licensure eligible required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
