Job summary

LADACIN Network is seeking a proactive Program Assistant for the Early Intervention program in New Jersey. The role focuses on administrative and scheduling support for the Targeted Evaluation Team, helping coordinators and evaluators manage evaluations and assessments.

You will liaise with families and Service Coordinators, track documentation, and support the flow of information across NJEIS systems while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college education preferred.
• Experience with evaluation/assessment scheduling is preferred.
• Early Intervention experience a plus.
• Experience with NJEIS databases or electronic systems a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track TET evaluations and assessments.
• Coordinate evaluator assignments and scheduling.
• Liaise with families and Service Coordinators about scheduling.
• Respond to questions; refer concerns to Coordinator.
• Maintain evaluation paperwork and data.
• Assist with administrative needs for evaluations.
