Qualifications

  • Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license is required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team.
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental delays preferred.
  • Must pass required background clearances and screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment services to infants and toddlers receiving Early Intervention services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support developmental and motor goals.
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide family-centered services.
  • Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with Early Intervention guidelines.
  • Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development.
  • Educate and coach families to support children's motor development during everyday routines.
  • Maintain compliance with Early Intervention regulations and agency standards.
  • Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics.

Position Summary

LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention Program. This part-time position provides home-based physical therapy services to infants and toddlers from birth through age three with developmental delays as part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team. Immediate openings are available throughout Ocean County with a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment services to infants and toddlers receiving Early Intervention services
