Job summary

Sunny Days, Inc. in California is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to join our Early Intervention team serving infants and toddlers and their families.

Work is flexible with home-based services, creating your own schedule and locations of your choice, plus mileage reimbursement and a tech stipend. We offer sign-on bonuses up to $1000 and medical benefits for part-time employees, with opportunities to participate in our 401(k) plan and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• California SLP license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred in Early Intervention.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with the family to develop strategies to help each child reach goals.
• Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and ensure progress is generalized.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment, in families’ homes, daycare centers and/or other community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information per HIPAA and/state/federal regulations.
