Job summary

Sunny Days, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention services for infants and toddlers in home and community settings across California. The role focuses on pediatric PT under IFSPs, with coaching for families and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold a California DPT license and have pediatric/early intervention experience. A bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus, and a sign-on/benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license is required.
• Pediatric experience preferred (Early Intervention).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to set developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Write progress reports and perform re-assessments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA and state/federal laws.
