The role emphasizes family coaching, IFSP adherence, and development of child-specific goals, with opportunities for sign-on bonuses and tech stipends. California licensure and pediatric experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• California Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with families to set goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skills.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environments—homes, daycare, or community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annual.
