Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver home-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in California.

This role offers flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and eligibility for Medical, Dental, Vision, Sick Time, and a 401(k). It supports serving children in homes and community settings while collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• California Physical Therapy (DPT) license is required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services in the home.
• Follow IFSP and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and skill transfer.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment, including home and community settings.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports bi-annually.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
