Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services Inc. seeks an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and assessments in a home-visit setting across Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa, and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in occupational therapy with appropriate state licensure.
• Current California OT license is required for practice.
• Experience in pediatric or early intervention settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and assessments in home-visit settings for eligible children.
• Deliver early intervention services to families and participate in progress documentation.
• Travel to Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa and surrounding areas to serve clients.
