Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services in a home-visit setting across Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa, and nearby areas.

The role supports children with a range of disabilities, with options for part-time or full-time schedules. The ideal candidate holds an active CA OT license, has pediatric experience, and is comfortable traveling to client homes.

We seek a Part-Time orFull-Time Early Intervention Occupational Therapistto provide therapy and assessments in a home visit setting in Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa, and the surrounding area.

Our ideal candidate must have an active California Occupation Therapy license and be comfortable working with a full range of disabilities.
