Ascend seeks a Part-Time or Full-Time Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and assessments in a home-visit setting across Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa, and surrounding areas. An active California OT license is required and pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Current CA OT license required.
• Prior pediatric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and assessments in home-visit setting.
• Travel to Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa and surrounding area.
• Coordinate with families to support child development.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Work in person and adhere to schedule.
