Ascend-Rehab-In seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide early intervention therapy for children 0-3 in the Vallejo, American Canyon, and Napa area. Must hold an active CA COTA license and enjoy working with diverse disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active CA COTA license required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• In-person work in Vallejo area.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention occupational therapy to children aged 0–3.
• Collaborate with school team to support developmental goals.
• Deliver services in person across Vallejo, American Canyon and Napa.
• Participate in mentorship and ongoing professional development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current CA license
