Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide early intervention therapy to children aged 0–3 in the Vallejo, American Canyon, and Napa areas.

The role requires an active CA COTA license and comfort with pediatric disabilities, with mentorship and a supportive school team environment.
