Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. seeks a Part-Time or Full-Time Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and assessments in home-visit settings across Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa, and surrounding areas.

Must hold a California OT license and be comfortable with pediatric populations. The role offers competitive pay ($80,000–$100,000/year) plus a comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonus, PTO, holidays, CEU support, and clinical resources.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current California OT license.
• Prior pediatric experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention OT services in home-visit settings.
• Assess children's needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Travel to Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa and nearby areas.
• Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals.
