Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher for an Early Head Start program serving birth to 3-year-olds. You will plan, assess, and instruct based on each child's needs while promoting curiosity and readiness for Kindergarten.

As Lead Teacher, you will create engaging, interactive experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, manage the classroom, ensure licensing guidelines and Head Start standards are met, and build strong relationships with families to support children\'s success.

The Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program.
