Job summary

Arizona Early Head Start provides early education for children birth to 3-years-old,parent involvementand family support, and comprehensive health and nutrition education for children. The Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. As a Lead Teacher, you'll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and Headstart program requirements.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center's success.
