KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support children's education and development at our centers. You will implement curriculum tailored to each child, create a safe environment, and build strong connections with families and the school community.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, accreditation, and ongoing engagement, while fostering positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Implement KinderCare curricula consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; work with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
