Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Engage with parents to support children's education and growth.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, team members, and community partners.
