Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support children's education and daily care. You will implement our curriculum and create a safe, engaging classroom environment across our centers.

You will partner with families, communicate with parents, and collaborate with center staff and leaders to support enrollment, accreditation, and program quality. This role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and a love of learning in a national early childhood network.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong organizational abilities.
• Must meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to read, write, speak English to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by aiding enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
