Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to implement the curriculum and create a safe, nurturing classroom environment where children can learn and grow. You will partner with parents to support each child's development and contribute to center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

You will build positive relationships with families, fellow teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners, ensuring high-quality care across our centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents and families to provide the best care and education.
