Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking caring teachers to support children's education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum while ensuring each child’s unique needs are met, and you will create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can explore and learn.

You will partner with families and center staff to drive enrollment, maintain accreditation, and foster engagement, building strong relationships with communities and licensing authorities.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to engage with children and communicate with families in English.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership toward enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and community partners.
