Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to support children’s early education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum in a way that respects each child's unique needs and help create a safe, nurturing space for learning and exploration.

You will partner with families and center staff to ensure engaging programs, drive enrollment and accreditation efforts, and contribute to a positive, collaborative community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success and collaborate with staff and leadership on goals.
