Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking dedicated teachers to implement its curriculum while creating a safe, nurturing classroom where children can explore and grow. You’ll partner with families to ensure quality care and education in a supportive team environment.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, while building positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners across a wide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
