Job description

CERCLE (Creating Equity and Resiliency for Childcare Leaders and Educators) is seeking motivated individuals to join ourFRAME (Future Ready and More Equipped)Workfiorce Professionals in Early Childhood Education training program. This full-time, paid training opportunity prepares aspiring educators with the skills, experience, and support needed to launch a meaningful career in early childhood education.

Through hands-on classroom experience, mentorship, and career guidance, participants will gain practical, job-ready skills while earning income. Upon successful completion, participants will have access to job placement opportunities within CERCLE’s network of over 40 childcare programs across Connecticut.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with young children and building a stable, purpose-driven career.

FRAME is supported by workforce development funding that establishes specific participant eligibility requirements. Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements associated with the program’s funding source. This funding currently supports eligible participants ages 16–26.
