• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to support children, families, and team collaboration.
• Interest in pursuing a career in early childhood education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Full-time position: 40 hours per week
• Hands-on experience: 480 hours of real classroom training

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured, full-time early childhood education training program (40 hours/week)
• Assist in classroom activities and support the development of young children
• Learn and apply foundational concepts in child development, health, and safety
• Implement classroom management strategies and best practices in early learning settings
• Collaborate with mentors, coaches, and peers for continuous learning and growth
• Engage in one-on-one mentoring and professional development sessions
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
