Job summary

The Learning Experience in Connecticut is seeking a caring, energetic Teacher to join our team and help our littlest learners connect with the world around them. You will create a safe, loving classroom environment for infants and support development with our LEAP Curriculum.

Build strong relationships with families, collaborate with staff, and model best practices while ensuring compliance with state licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred).
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and preschool milestones.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet all Connecticut state requirements for an Early Childhood Teacher position.

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and preschool milestones.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet all Connecticut state requirements for an Early Childhood Teacher position.
