Job summary

CLC in Stamford, CT is seeking an Early Childhood Educator Assistant (onsite, 35–40 hours weekly) to help implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum and maintain a clean classroom. You will observe children’s interests, document progress, and support hygiene and self-help skills while partnering with families.

Successful candidates will have at least 12 college credits in ECE or a CDA, with preferred ECE Certificate.

About This Role

Job Type: Onsite position; 35–40 hours weekly depending on location (schedules are typically early mornings to mid-afternoons).

Length of Work Year: 51 weeks

Education: CDA or 12+ ECE Credits

Salary Range: Based on education and total college credits specific to Early Childhood Education, as per union contract)
