Job summary

CFA centers in Groton and New London seek dedicated Teachers and Lead Teachers. You’ll join nationally accredited, NAEYC-recognized programs with a supportive, team-focused culture that values planning time and real impact on children and families.

Required: a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (or related field) with 12 ECE credits, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication. Compensation is $22.00–$26.00/hour for full-time, year-round, Monday–Friday daytime work, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification (may be completed after hire).
• Medication Administration (may be completed after hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support a classroom of infants, toddlers, and/or preschool-aged children.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with CT ELDS.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Work closely with a collaborative teaching team to support a supportive classroom environment.

What You’ll Do
