Job summary

Howden Re in New York seeks an energetic Early Careers Talent Partner to lead university recruitment, internships, and graduate programs. You will serve as the primary brand ambassador for students and early career professionals and collaborate with the learning and development team to shape onboarding for interns and junior staff.

Qualifications

5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Experience in university relations and campus recruiting.
Ability to build strong university partnerships.
Proven track record with high-volume pipelines.

Responsibilities

Lead the university attraction strategy across internship, graduate, and insight-day programs.
Build and manage relationships with target universities and student organizations.
Represent Howden Re at campus recruiting events, industry conferences, and early talent forums.
Design and support fair, inclusive candidate selection and onboarding processes.
