Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking an University Relations Recruiter to build early talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand across colleges and community programs. This role will lead campus recruiting strategies, manage relationships with career services, and coordinate internship recruiting cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruiting, campus recruiting, sales, relationship management, or business development experience preferred.
• Experience building partnerships with schools or community organizations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and partner with colleges, universities, trade schools, and workforce programs within geographic territories.
• Develop scalable campus recruiting strategies and internship pipelines across markets.
• Coordinate internship recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Track campus recruiting metrics and build relationships with career services and faculty.
