Job summary

Callaway Golf Company seeks an Early Career & Full-Cycle Recruiting professional to own end-to-end intern and entry-level hiring across multiple brands. You will partner with managers to shape candidate profiles, drive a high-quality candidate experience, and optimize processes for efficiency and scale.

You will lead cross-brand intern programs, build university relationships, and track KPIs in Workday, while collaborating with HR and leadership on branding and internal mobility initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 - 4+ years of recruiting experience, with early career, campus, or high-volume hiring exposure preferred.
• Experience managing or supporting internship or early career programs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for early career roles across multiple brands.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles, align on hiring needs, and deliver strong, diverse candidate slates.
• Champion a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Support Talent Acquisition initiatives that elevate processes, tools, and team effectiveness.
• Own seasonal, high-volume internship recruitment.
• Assess and optimize hiring processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Proactively partner with the business to meet hiring demand and quality of hire.
• Lead annual planning and execution of cross-brand intern programs across Callaway and TravisMathew.
• Develop and deliver programming and events reflecting our culture and connecting interns to the business.
• Track success metrics and KPIs for programs and partnerships with universities and partners.
• Represent the brand at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Develop strategies to attract early career talent and ensure accurate pipeline tracking in Workday.
• Metrics & Analytics – create and analyze recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
• Process Optimization – identify workflow inefficiencies and drive improvements.
• Program Design & Strategy – develop scalable recruiting strategies and employer branding initiatives.
• Support internal mobility programs and talent pipelines across brands.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on broader Talent Acquisition initiatives including branding and improvement efforts.
