Job summary

GradBay in New York is seeking an Early Careers Recruiting Partner to join an international client delivery team supporting a leading financial services organization. Embedded within the client’s recruiting function, you will manage high-volume pipelines, coordinate interviews and assessment events, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

This hybrid role combines remote work with regular attendance at New York offices, requires strong stakeholder management and knowledge of the US

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing high-volume application pipelines and progressing candidates accurately and efficiently.
• Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand priorities and meet hiring targets.
• Helping to build strong, broad and inclusive candidate pipelines.
• Coordinating and facilitating virtual and in-person interviews, assessment centers and selection events.
• Managing candidate scheduling, communications and event logistics.
• Delivering workshops and training sessions to prepare hiring teams for their role in the assessment process.
• Keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment journey and responding to questions promptly.
• Communicating offer decisions and providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
• Monitoring recruitment activity against agreed service levels and campaign deadlines.
• Producing accurate, up-to-date reports on pipelines, outcomes and recruitment activity.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across an international client delivery team.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

We are looking for an Early Careers Recruiting Partner to join an international client delivery team supporting a leading financial services organization in New York.

Embedded within the client’s recruiting function, you will help deliver high-volume early careers campaigns across the US. You will manage candidate pipelines, partner with hiring teams, coordinate assessment activity and ensure every applicant receives a professional and supportive experience.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands high-volume recruiting, preferably within an RPO or embedded client environment, and has a solid understanding of the US education and early careers market.

Working arrangements

This is a hybrid position combining remote working with regular attendance at the client’s New York City offices. The standard working schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on campaign and client requirements.
