Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a University Recruiting professional to attract and engage top talent for our fast-paced organization. You will coordinate campus outreach, screen candidates, and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

The role requires 1–3 years of university recruiting experience, strong Excel and ATS proficiency, and excellent communication. Occasional evening events and travel may be required as part of campus programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant full-time work experience.
  • 1–3 years related work experience with university recruiting in a complex, fast-paced and high-volume business (professional services preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) desirable.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting technology (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Curious and analytical thinker who brings creative approaches to non-standard problems.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative, problem solving and leadership.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent time management, task prioritization, and detail orientation.
  • Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Flexibility for evening events, occasional weekend work, and periodic overnight travel.

The Human Capital team comprises about 25 professionals committed to attracting, developing, and retaining excellent colleagues across the firm.

Requirements
