Johnson Controls’ Early Career BEST Program in Huntington Beach offers a 6-month sales development track for recent graduates. You’ll be mentored, trained, and exposed to nationwide sales teams while building demand for security and building solutions.

Upon completion, you’ll gain hands-on experience with proposals, projects, and customer engagements, preparing for a high-growth technical sales career with Johnson Controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively; U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Security equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
