Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking an Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner in Newport Beach, CA. This 12-month contract role is hybrid, with in-office attendance Monday–Thursday and remote Fridays, plus up to 30% travel and evening events during peak campus seasons.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for internships and early career roles across North America, partnering with universities, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline and deliver an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience with a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for internship, university, early career, or emerging talent programs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with hiring managers, universities, and candidates.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies including ATS, CRM, event platforms, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internship and early career roles in North America.
• Build relationships with campus partners and universities to identify top talent.
• Represent Pacific Life at campus events and career fairs.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and ensure a diverse candidate slate.
