Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or in-progress) in one of the listed fields.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel and posses a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year development program across Sales Excellence and ATM roles.
• Support planning and execution of customer visits and tours.
• Develop sales, customer engagement, and territory management skills.
• Receive mentorship and structured training in leadership and sales.
• Build relationships with business leaders and customers during Year 1; transition to territory management in Year 2.
