Job summary

Vylor, Inc. seeks a District Sales Manager to lead growth and dealer networks across a defined Midwest district. You will recruit dealers, build annual plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with agronomy for local product evaluation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 2 years in sales with agronomic expertise, and a proactive, independent work style. Remote position, travel as needed. Benefits described in the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with strong agronomic background.
• Ability to plan and execute business plans and drive results.
• Strong business knowledge and agronomic technical/functional expertise.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth, win new customers, and run the district business.
• Grow dealer network by recruiting and onboarding new dealers.
• Partner with agronomy for local product evaluation and positioning.
• Own district forecasts and budgets, lead district meetings.
